                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE
                   DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO
                   CONSTRUCTION OF CENTRAL AVENUE FROM
                   NORTHEAST OF MAIN STREET TO 13TH STREET AND
                   FROM 11TH STREET TO 10TH STREET, PROJECT
                   33958-3706-04, FOR A FEE NOT TO EXCEED TWO
                   HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                   TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Contract with the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation relative to construction of Central Avenue from
       northeast of Main Street to 13th Street and from 11th Street to
       10th Street, Project 33958-3706-04, for a fee not to exceed
       $234,525.00.
